Description
Put the probe in the pot and set the target: it beeps when reached — handy for strike water, mash steps and chilling wort before pitching. Countdown timer mode for mash, boil and hop additions.
The unit has a magnet and a stand; the heat-resistant probe cable lets the display sit outside the pot.
